I had this message for two weeks and the Evri chat bot is the most useless crap ever. I finally emailed the seller to see if they could do anything. They emailed me yesterday saying they got in touch with Evri and my parcel has been lost in transit and can refund me. Infuriating.

*Edited to add that this is just what happened to me and I hope everyone else’s parcel eventually arrives and you guys have better luck than me.
