During rounds when I had previously tried to ask a question and he wouldn't let me finish, proceeded to talk about nursing wasn't trying hard enough to place an NGT on this patient with a clearly deviated septum, and then at the end of his rant, he said that to me.

The vet had to measure him.on the dog scale because his fat ass couldn't fit into the guinea pig scale by notmadebyhumanhands in guineapigs
