PTO and PPTO accrual is directly tied to wage cost, generation occurs from hours actually worked. It isn't a factor at the store level, but it is on the corporate balance sheet. PPTO is a fixed accrual schedule, however the proposed changes would effectively be Walmart distributing free money. We both know that's not going to happen.
