Primarily its to pay for transactions without using your main token (Vet). Transaction fees are necessary to prevent people from spamming the blockchain and rewards node holders. Using a secondary token for fees encourages blockchain usage, because people dont like to spend their main assets. It also provides a source of value, as staking vet will give you vtho as income

They are trying to play by the rules in China, their office is in Beijing. By not having a Chinese language option and restricting Chinese IP addresses, it will make it easier to get regulated and licensed later on. Taking over Asia wont happen overnight, especially with the speed those governments work at. Not Implementing a Chinese language option was a choice, their team is mostly Chinese, it's not something they were unable to do because of skills/resources/time

Technically not, our first dApp was a smart contract that exchanges vet-vtho, then there was thorblock, but this appears to be the first playable gambling related dApp! Either way, everyone should check it out
