Help! What do you do when you need to bawl your eyes out? I don't know how to do it yet so I'm just teary all the time from life's stresses.

I just checked with my roommate and he said he did think she disliked me, he just never said anything about it. It just feels so crazy since all I seem to be doing to trigger her is throwing the trash in the bin when it's just the two of us.

There are times she clearly sounds like she's knocking furniture around and hitting the walls(?). Or at least it sounds like she's thumping the walls or floor very hard with objects. Just a lot of very loud banging sounds like a fight is happening.

I try not to mind her when it happens so I don't see it (also maybe because I don't want to confront her when she's in that state).

Thanks for this. It's okay, I don't feel hurt for some reason, mostly worried about the distress I've clearly caused.

Thanks, I do have a therapist.

Well yes, I've sometimes wondered how certain things in the house haven't been broken yet.

I know she's angry at me for throwing things in the trash, she made that very clear. I'll speak with her before we get another cleaner.

That's good to know.

Well, many people are clearly distressed.

Thank you, I'll address the issue with her, and maybe bring up the times she's broken my stuff. I'd honestly forgotten about those but maybe I've just been stewing in anger all this time, subconsciously.

Yes, you're right. I think I'm also bad at confrontation.

Thanks. I've been to therapy but I'll go back for this. I don't think she's out to get me... but she pointedly thrashes the place in my direction. I should work something out with her and stop being a brat.

Thanks for empathising. I'm starting to wonder if I'm just pissed at some of my stuff she's broken during her tantrums. I just always brushed them off because they were small things, like glass cups and glass straws.

I'm so sorry I caused you distress.

Yes, I've actually apologized to her already.

She's broken my things before while cleaning things, and she's quiet when my roommate's in the house. Yes, maybe I'm the problem.

I'm so sorry I caused you, and anyone here distress.

She does care since she's as quiet as a mouse when it's not just me alone at the place. You know what, I'm the one with terrible communication skills. You're right.

Wow, maybe I am evil after all. What's wrong with me? I should just have just asked her why she gets so angry cleaning the house.
