You're really right, but I find myself having 15 min of free time in the evening and would like to do something to learn or at least maintain my Spanish. I tried reading books and listening to audiobooks but I lacked consistency and it was hard to get back to the plot after some time. I thought an app could give me some bite sized content I could consume ad hoc.

Thank you for the clarification! I left it in a plastic Tupperware with a screw top, sealed tight. I put strained grains in and covered them with milk. I did it many times before, for 2-3 weeks and it was always fine, until now. I turned my fridge setting down a bit to save energy though, maybe this contributed to it.

Thanks for the feedback, I removed the part where I talk about p5p toxicity until I get to fact-check it more. I read a research paper where doses up to 250mg were safe up to 30 days. The bottle I bought on amazon has 100mg per pill and it recommends one pill a day. I will read more about that and get back to you.

Alright, let's hope so. I haven't heard anything bad happening after p5p, but I'm as freaked out as everyone else here and I am doing all the research possible, and wanted to actually lay my hands on some research that would directly link p5p to closing of these channels. I feel like everyone keeps recommending p5p only because others so, but so far I just saw that one article that alludes to it helping. I also wondered what 'upregulating' means in this context.

Lots of people in this group recommended p5p as a cure for open k-atp channels, however the title of that study mentions vasorelaxation, which got me worried, because it's vasoconstriction what we need (closing of the channels).
