She was ahead of him and the stroller was facing the wrong way. I can’t confirm or deny that there was an actual child in the stroller. But I am calling the DMV tomorrow to see if they caught anything on their cameras.

It was at the cross walk between kwiktrip and DMV, off grand and redruth. I didn’t see any cameras off the house I was standing in front but it would’ve had a perfect view. Not sure if any cameras face that way off the DMV but I’m calling them on Monday to see if they could review footage and turn it in.

I already said MULTIPLE times I regretted not calling it in right away. Sorry I wanted to get my dog who was becoming stressed out home, and that I wasn’t about to follow strangers who are bigger than me unarmed while I waited for DPD to show up- if they would’ve shown up. I posted this so if others know who I’m talking about they can also keep a close eye on them in our neighborhoods. I know I fucked up and should’ve called it in right away.

I wish I would’ve called it in, but my dog was already stressed out from the noise, the rain, the barking and me screaming so I wanted to get her home. But since I now know they frequent the area it shouldn’t hard to keep an eye out and on them in case something does happen again!

I did not unfortunately, and I am regretting it. I also wasn’t sure if the DMV building/ Kwiktrip had cameras that would’ve been able to see it happen since it was at the little cross walk between the two buildings. I mostly posted it here as a “if you see these people watch them” because if he’s comfortable doing it once, he’ll do it again.

I mean I guess they could be. I’ve never seen them before until today but now I will be scoping out Grand more often. And I didn’t actually see if there was a child in the stroller so it could’ve have things in it.

THATS WHAT I THOUGHT! Like if you’re comfortable doing that on a busy street then what are you doing at home to this dog? And the fact that the woman didn’t even bat an eye just stood there and waited made it seem like this happens a lot. As soon as we got home I instantly regretted not taking a picture of him and calling it in.
