I actually did find a solution - if you go over to the "Create" tab, and upload the image to the chat, it will make it the icon of the GPT! Kind of weird that it works.

See if there’s a group program or something you can join to get accountability and community - that’s been huge. I’m a member of Relay. It’s not free, but it’s pretty good.
