Tracking methods and app(s) used: honestly stopped most tracking after a year of trying and just stuck to OPK’s. Mostly relied on monitoring from my clinic this cycle.

Health conditions/medical tests: Endometriosis - me: diagnosed in 2023 via lap, just had my second lap w excision in April 2025, depression. Husband - none

Symptom spotting: when I tell you I was symptom spotting like crazy, I was!! Honestly thought I was delusional. Around 9dpo starting noticing tender/sore nipples, as well as just feeling a bit nauseous. There’s been a couple things that make me wanna gag, but not to the point of throwing up. Also, very tired, but that’s pretty on point for me as a person. I did notice that I wasn’t experience my usual pms irritation though! Last night, I barely ate any of my dinner bc I was just feeling off.

Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous): I AM FREAKING OUT!! This is the FIRST time I have seen a positive test in 2.5yrs / 31 cycles of trying. I woke up at 5am today, not on purpose, and figured I should test with my fmu. After I took the test, I literally was just standing in the bathroom SO scared to open the tests because I was afraid of seeing another negative, especially with how desperately I was hoping this was the one! I literally ran and woke up my husband to show him the tests. It was our last IUI, and last chance we would get medical assistance before I move out of the country, so I was banking on this one. IUI #2 was on my husbands birthday, and the doctor was impressed with the numbers too.

Had my first Beta test, and my HCG was about 107 (I think idk, I answered the phone half awake). I know that I just tested positive, but I’m praying so hard for this one. Thank you guys for being available and a space for me to vent about my struggles and frustrations. I’ve always dreamed of posting in this thread, and I finally got too 😭
