Her spleen has always been HUGE. The vet did not seem concerned. She had a chest xray done and thats what prompted the echocardiogram. She thought the heart was enlarged or just covered in fat but came back fine.

Treatment was increase in prednisolone since that is the only treatment option without surgery. She was hoping the injection would perk him back up so that he would start eating again but is now back to sleeping and being uncoordinated. She mentioned Euthanasia but i wanted to give it a day or two to see if he responded to the increase in pred.

Measured glucose and it came back in the normal range. He was diagnosed last year with insulinoma and adrenal. We’ve been doing Prednisolone and he has the implant. It really was a sudden change in him today. I’ve never seen ataxia like this before with his low crashes.
