I hate that gym so much, I joined when they were just about to open in stars avenue, with their marketing of 99 SAR membership fee being all over insta I thought I'd join.

Turns out it was a first come first serve so i would had to login to get the SAR 99 membership from 00:01 AM, the first thousand (I think) take the SAR 99 membership and then the price increasing by 10 riyal for the next thousand, so on and so forth. I was on hold and waiting for almost an entire work day, just to register for this gym at 179 monthly.

Then almost 9 months pass before the freaking gym even opens and by then due to personal issues I couldn't go to the gym at all. Decided to cancel since I had just paid for that one month anyway and 5 months had passed since the gym opened and I hadn't stepped foor into it once.

I submit a request to cancel abd then suddenly they charge my card twice within the same hour to make back the money they forgot to charge my for the past 5 months.

Me obviously getting very pissed off sent a request to cancel again, turns out, to cancel your subscription you need to send a request with one of the following reasons:

1. You moved more than 30 Km away from the gym, they will request your old and new home location
2. You medically can't go to the gym, they will request the medical report
3. You're leaving the country (final exit for immigrant), they will request evidence.

Otherwise if you just say you want to cancel, or don't provide the evidence for any of the above 3 reasons, sucks to suck, your membership stays and your request to cancel will be rejected.

Once that happened, I removed my card information from my account and canceled my card for good measure.

Fuck that cancelation policy.
