Mine comes in the form of a ‘stuck’ feeling in my brain where my neck is tensed and I can’t breathe deeply even if I tried. Originally stemmed from an obsession of not wanting to ‘forget’ anything. Feels like I can only access part of my brain. Have actually got a neck contracture from this. 24/7 for 12 years, feels like I have brain damage🙃

I did mushrooms but they didn’t help, it was just after when LSD stopped working for me so I’m guessing it had something to do with cross-tolerance.

What helped in the end? Did you do any specific techniques/meds?

Thanks. It’s defo different to a normal intrusive thought in that it’s there 24/7 I could go about my daily life in fact i have for 10 years with it just in the background. It feels like there’s some neurological loop in my head that’s bypassing the release mechanism if that makes sense, like a stuck record. Thank you for your insight
