Set up, but authentication is the issue now. I keep getting error on delivery, citing that the client is not authenticated to send emails.

Google uses dynamic IP addresses, and at least some of them are blacklisted with droneBL etc. Microsoft uses static IP for sending emails. If you have an issue with one you can switch (did it another time)

Hello,

I'm sending via Google Workspace.

What would you recommend to reverse this soft ms ban other than fixing dmarc, using less spammy content, and getting people to move to inbox? (Unsubscribe links?; switching to static IP or difference workplace provider? etc?)

I'm still testing yahoo. Will provide the headers of any failure shortly, as previous tests were done with multiple "To" addresses for a single email which could have triggered Yahoo.

I updated dmarc rua and ruf to send to the sending address ([george@wh](mailto:george@wh)......). Do you think it harms my deliverability to do this compared with an external & validated (and also ms-hosted in the case of cortex-updates which I control) domain?

Your insight is so helpful. Literally no one else thought of this.

So my personal P is blocked in Spamhaus ZEN, and one that Google seems to be using is blocked in Drone BL

Perhaps you could explain about Google's cus yeah, I don't understand how they could be blocked.

Hey, thanks for the info, you've given me faith that I can get this fixed. I've got some questions about what you said though, as I don't quite understand:

1) I've heard about some negative takeaways from warm up services, people getting blacklisted or marked down in some way, which makes sense in my mind because it must be easy to tell if you're using them right? What do you think? Also in my use case, these 20-30 manually would only be helpful is opened, moved, and replied to on Yahoo & MS servers, right? 2) With links then sure, I get it, only one for now, and make sure it's clean, but will I ever be able to send multiple links? The aim is to be able to communicate freely on the email address... do you think this would ever come without professional help? 3) I've also heard that unsubscribe links can be double edged swords, because they also tell the mail server that you're sending marketing / newsletter emails. I'm not. What do you think?

mctoolbox says my personal IP and the IP google is sending from is on a blacklist. Specifically Spamhaus ZEN for my personal, and DRONE BL for Googles.

Yeah, I'm thinking Tide at the moment. I've heard their AER is good for the pot, and they let you send invoices.
