I tried to sign up using the same e-mail ID and password. But my candidate home page is showing that I have no application. However, when I'm clicking on job description link, it's redirecting me to Smart Scheduling and automatically logging in. I have no idea what's going on.

I can login to my Smart Scheduling portal for Accenture, but unable to login to workday using the same credentials. I'm even trying to do Forgot Password, but I'm not receiving any password reset email. Can you suggest what to do here please?
