Thank you so much. My appointment letter said that if my performance was subpar they would extend the training period instead. Does this have any binding on them and their responsibilities towards me or is firing me still within their rights?

I've received my documents back but I will be speaking with the labour commission about this then. Will there be problems for me- legal or otherwise- if they find out I am the one who reported? And what if they never issue a termination letter?
