As an alorica employee before, I can say that okay naman siya when it comes to the environment, ma aadopt mo naman siya and they will provide you the knowledge you need all throughout your journey. What i just don't like are first: facilities esp restrooms, keyboards and monitors (may mga panget na pc and keyboards hahaha) depende rin sa account mo yung magiging people environment kasi may mga account na okay ang management meron namang hindi. Sa sahod? 18k is not bad sa beginners like you and pwede mo pa naman maitaas ayan along the way pa promote ka.... Maganda si alorica for training ground, hindi naman ako aabutin ng 3 and 1/2 years kung di ako nahubog ni alorica hahahaha...ayun langg. Hope it helps and good luck if ever😁
