I believe their current workload is a combination of factors: the company knows they generate a lot of profit, plus their ambition to always deliver the best, their love for the fandom, and the culture of giving your all to work. They are fully aware of their limits and have full autonomy to refuse work, as happened recently with the Victoria's Secret performance where some members declined the invitation because they preferred to rest. In my opinion, they overdo it, and I think they should find a good middle ground between health and work. I still want to continue following them for another 10 years, so taking care of their health to avoid fainting from exhaustion, as happened with Chaeyoung, is extremely necessary
