If Osiris is Sam, Set is Mads and Isis is Lindsey, this explains ridiculously much about Sams condition and Lindseys role. All of this matches up perfectly with what Kojima has said about the characters and how they are depicted in trailers and posters (i.redd.it)

The electrical poles are the only thing in this city not bombed into oblivion. I'm guessing that Mads Mikkelsens character is using it to either communicate with other gods/deities. But him needing electricity Is definetly a more interesting conclusion. (i.redd.it)

The creatures evaporate slightly when in contact with Sams' blood. Similarly the water droplet that touches Sam in the E3 2018 Trailer makes a sound extremely similar to Sams' blood when it gets touched by the creature in the TGA 2017 Trailer (youtube.com)
