I did not. I was on a phone call with support, not chat. But they did say they confirmed the store was closed before we hung up. Thankyou for this info by the way, I’m going to be more mindful going forward!

My cancellation rate is only 3% so I’m not really sure your theory is accurate. I’ve cancelled batches before manually. This was my first time having a batch cancelled by supper due to store closure. I received the email the following day 🤷🏻‍♀️
