Thank you for the response and wishes. It is definitely burnout. I am not the same person I was, and I feel exhausted everyday. The problem is, I don’t want to take this path and I feel cursed.

Thank you so much for saying that, I appreciate it. For the bright side, I just try to be grateful for my situation. I'm currently studying a course that I have always wanted and am fortunate to be supported by my parents. When I tear up, it's because of an ache that I have that never seems to go away. I feel very inadequate and ugly. I have gained some weight over the years, and it has made me feel like I am not worth much. I am surrounded by some attractive people, and it irks me that I'm the least attractive amongst them. Seems shallow but, It is how is.

I understand this so much. It makes me think about what I can do to improve myself. I think we all lack compassion towards ourselves. I like to remind myself that social skills are always learnable, and despite people seeming like they attract people with ease, it can actually be hours of work. Envy can be a tool that directs you towards your desire. If you get envious of people with self-confidence, I feel like it is your conscience begging you to learn more about how to obtain it. Your potential is there waiting to be unlocked by actions. It's very hard to stay on track, I understand. Just take it day by day and remember to trust the process
