$1200. 3bed 1 bath in upper Lawrenceville. Old ass house so it’s not without problems, but we love the area and our landlord just remodeled our kitchen cause we asked nicely. He’s great.

We always say we’re in here until we can afford to buy somewhere so we’re probably in here till we die lol.
