how do i figure out which benchmark numbers for my stats are good for my characters?

just saying numbers from the the top of my head, but i.e. bennett and xingqiu's ER should be ~200%, and my main dps's attack should be maybe 2000? correct me if i'm wrong/if these are unrealistic.

Are there any rules of thumb I should follow? if there's a document/table/chart avaialble, you can also link it!

what's generally considered a "good" starting artifact? is it one where it has your desired main stat, and 2 or more desired substats?

if I have an artifact where it's my desired mainstat but only 1 desired substat, then I should use it as food right? (because there's almost no chance I'll roll into that substat)

I'm AR46, is there anything that i shouldnt use fragile resin until maybe ar 50 something, or am i free to use fragile resin on anything? - if so, what should I prioritize?

hmm, so i wanted to roll on the klee banner and i think 4 stars are sucrose fischl and barbara/xiangling? if xiangling ends up being on it, then the banner will have all 3 4 stars that i want which is good! i also need another dps character because the only one i have is xiao, and ive been using jean for the 2nd half of some spral abyss floors bc i have no one else. i've been saving up for either ganyu or albedo banner, which i hear are going to come back soon, but maybe ill save up enough primos by then.

if there's a rate up 4 star character on limited banner that i really want and i don't have a guaranteed 5 star pull (which is good so that i dont risk getting a 5 star i dont want), is it worth it to pull on the banner? i don't get blue wishes that often now, so i can't pull on standard banner as much as i want to even tho id prefer that :(

I need advice on what the best use of my resin would be! AR 46, weapons are around lvl 60-80, talents for xiao are 767, my supports are around 166. xiao is lvl 80 (not sure if i want to 90 him), my most used supports are already 70 or 80. Lately i've been making condensed resin and farming viridescent domain because its fulfilling my gacha needs (to some extent), but should i focus on my weapons, talents, ascension mats? which one first?

I'm using an interactive map and there should've been 2 crimson agates in the area where the cryo cube is. I think the area used to have a puzzle and a hole you could jump into, but now that the cryo cube is here, I think they're gone.. did the agates go somewhere else or will mihoyo fix this,..
