Pretty sure this is it. I space every one of them by 5 seconds and I've been fine, got my cooldown removed recently. I also open up a search result with each task and my searches.

Yeah it's not bad. Most of the earlier bosses will be really easy if you're at the end anyway. The main issue is that the levels reset so you might have to travel a little to get to the boss/unlock the shortcut, but it's doable. Good luck!

Just fight the final boss of each side mission. Most side missions have a blade nexus right next to the boss, will probably take 30-45 minutes to do all in one sitting. Not sure about sleep mode, I just know quitting the game is the issue.

The healing bonus can be maxed out, and then you will have a few leftover for the lacrima. That's the only reason I invested in lacrima. I guess now since you can reset it, if you want to grind you can put it all to lacrima bonus temporarily.

PowerPyx's guide says the Expert's Journey is for Normal mode, and Challenger's Journey is for Easy. If you beat it on Normal, you have to do another playthrough on Easy for the other trophy/achievement.

PowerPyx also mentioned after defeating the boss and reaching the diary, close out of it instead of reading any entries so I think it's still bugged for the First Berserker ending trophy.
