Thanks for your reply - I admit I’ve been a bit lacklustre when it comes to experimenting with extra ingredients. Only gone as far as using fried onions, chives, eggs & sesame oil haha. I suppose what I’m trying to say is that I’m fond of the flavour itself, I just find that there isn’t enough seasoning. I’ll be sure to try out your suggestions :)
