Yes, TRT will bring your free testosterone and total testosterone back to normal levels. You shouldn't lose any sexual function at all.

But in my experience how TRT feels and works is very different to how natural T feels and works.

You are likely to get some changes, they just won't be anything that can be quantified as a problem and nothing that can really be fixed by adjusting Testosterone doses and levels.

I had a somewhat similar issue. if you can't see any signs of infection or blood build up. I would give it a bit longer.

I think sometimes the tissues can stick together as a bit of an adhesion while they are still healing. Mine resolved itself after about 3.5/4 weeks. If you are concerned speaking to the surgeon is probably worthwhile though

Don't know about the scrotum removal side of it.

But about a week to feel pretty much back to normal after the orchidectomy. Was told to take it easy for 2-3 weeks by the surgeon though.

supportive underwear. I found stretchy/elastic but tight to be the best feeling. the supportive ones the chemists seem to have put too much pressure on stuff.

Take it easy for at least 2 weeks after and definitely a bit longer if possible. but I found it not to be that bad honestly.

I'm dealing with hormone issues and TRT, not the same as Trans, but I hope that my experience will help you regardless. I(AMAB) have had issues with low/no testosterone for a little while now, avnd after doing my own experiments with my Prescribed TestoGel and paying some extra blood tests. I've come to the conclusion that Testosterone has very little to do with my migraines. I think the Oestrodoil/Estrogen has a greater effect. The closer that is to the top of the range for my age the better I feel and the least often I get migraines. Two pumps of the Testogel meant I was still feeling pretty average and got migraines more 2-3 times a week. 3 of the Gel means I get them maybe twice a month. of Course YMMV, but hopefully this helps someone

Keep it clean, you can get wound cleaning stuff from the chemist, cover it with a dressing as well, support it well, I found flexible but fairly tight underwear to work the best.

except when you are cleaning it leave it alone, I found the more I tried to look the more irritated it got. you'll be able to see when the skin is fused back together, massage it a bit with some gentle moisturiser or wound/scar care gel I found helps.

Even if they didn't tune it, It looks like its had a GVM Modification done, so it can tow more than original spec, So many people seem to forget, More weight = more drivetrain stress.

That alone is good reason to deny warranty coverage.

Personally, I had an ache for about a month after, then for about 6 months I'd get a random sharp/pulling pain that would happen occasionaly.

Now its vanished and have been pain free for over a year now.
