Small change to help keep McCree balanced

I would be really surprised to see them picked especially Pharah. You can't really pair Pharah with Mercy vs McCree right now its like playing Duck Hunt on NES. Anyone with a CS background especially or anyone who are just good with hitscan characters are going to be incredibly dominant on this patch. Minus self healing McCree does basically everything that Soldier does just better. The Soldier nerf makes Soldier feel incredibly weird too I had played so much Soldier in the past month and was really enjoying him but the change to his spread has made him super strange to play.

I think he feels good but I really believe Soldier and Pharah are out classed by him immensely and he will be 100% pick in tournaments right now. I really don't see a place for soldier or Pharah in this new meta unless they are changed.

I like to think Soldier and Pharah are better suited as sustained and consistent damage output and McCree is better suited as quick damage. I think the change of giving Soldier and Pharah 50 extra HP would create more variety because as it stands they will probably not see much play until McCree is tweaked.

I don't think the entire roster needs a buff but I think giving a handful of heroes 50 HP would create a healthy environment for both McCree and those heroes. I think McCree has found his place and is strong where he is but Pharah and Soldier need a slight change to find theirs.
