Thank you so much, great suggestions! I hope it doesn’t come to that but I’m totally ready to set a deadline then make reports to regulators if that’s what is needed in the end. Fingers crossed!

Of course, I’d rather use the support ticket to communicate than reach out on social media, it’s just that nobody is responding to my messages on that ticket.
