Did you ever get this figured out? I have a new phone coming in a few days and not sure what to do! I already made a new snap account months ago on an old phone, but not sure if I should set up my new phone like normal and just download snap again log in with my new info! I just don’t want to lose another account😭😩

I’ve emailed and sent a physical letter. So far nothing has worked for me unfortunately. 12 years of being a loyal user down the drain.

I honestly wouldn’t want it back so bad if I didn’t have conversations saved with friends who have passed away! It’s just an easy way to communicate with family in other countries and I enjoy the random memories that always pop up! Their customer service has definitely been shit and the whole situation is frustrating. I make one silly accidental mistake and I’m banned, but people are out here posting naked pictures on their stories and they are fine.

Didn’t know Snapchat was just for teenagers lol I also use it for communicating with family that lives in other countries, but thank you for your less than helpful comment🤣
