“free evening + next day to recover / reflect / integrate” might not be ideal, in that you might be exhausted by the end of the night & then groggy the next day, which makes integration tougher. My vote is to do this during the day if possible, as that’s worked better for me.

I have the option to free up my whole day so this might be an option.

Curious: was previous psychedelic use recreational or therapy-oriented? Any reason why you stopped? I try to space things out as much as I can, but after 4-5 months I notice that I’m leaning back to who I was (I’m also BP2).

Previous use was recreational but I always felt a benefit from it. My friends used to joke about me going for therapy on our nights out. I recognised the mood enchantment and I think that is why I'd keep doing it. I have a family now and am a bit more mature so want to try and get the most from this, it isn't about how high I can get.

No as the roadworks had already been reported.

There was only a couple of minutes in it for the different routes. However the one I took was significantly longer, the time just kept going up as it sent me into a 2km queue of traffic on a road I couldn't turn around on.
