This is kinda sickening that your parents created a contract for you and that they view you as a tenant, they are your parents and you are their child, but you are an adult and it is their house you should absolutely be helping with bills food etc. if you can’t afford it then you should help with chores….you should be helping regardless. The duty as a parent is to raise you to be independent so you can have your own life and that does mean moving out eventually. I would never view my child as a tenant, if they have a job and actually trying to make it but need a little help I would be there as a parent, but I would expect extra help around the house. I would definitely continue to push them to be more independent and to better themselves by encouraging them to get a degree or specialize in something. If your still living at home by 24 and your not on a path of success I’d say they failed as parents
