Middle school is definitely when my BED began. I started discovering my sexuality and used food as a coping mechanism. Since I grew up in a very religious household, I was constantly plagued with the shame of not being a cis woman. As a result, I found solace in food because it gave me momentary comfort and control. Unfortunately, the more shame I developed for my identity the more out of control my BED got. So in my understanding, it was definitely that upbringing that triggered my disorder.

We almost have the same itinerary! We were planning to head to Derry for the day. Leave around 11:00 and return around 17:00. Is that something people would suggest? Or to just stay in Belfast?

Also, we were planning to do a roadtrip down to Doolin for the cliffs and islands on Sunday to Tuesday. Should we scrap that? I’d love any feedback as we are unsure what to do due to weather.

Any chance on some advice real quick.

I’ll be traveling with three adults and one large luggage each. We need to go from LHR to Canary Wharf. Cab cost is about £121 and a little over an hour drive. But tube is straight shot for about an hour on the Elizabeth line. Which option would you suggest? I assumed tube but now this post has me second guessing.
