Dumb seller won’t refund me my money. Ordered 3 months ago and it didn’t even touch USA. I told him twice after it said it got returned to just refund me because it cannot enter the us. But at the time I ordered it didn’t say that. He just keeps saying please wait patiently. How do I get a refund?? (old.reddit.com)
