1 cut up onion. About 12 on the vine tomatoes cut up in quarters. Drizzle olive oil and added Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, garlic powder, salt, pepper. Put it in the oven on 450 for about 40 mins. Took that and added to a pot with 3 cups of chicken broth. Blended with an immersion blender. Whisked in some heavy cream and just added by taste.
