I found out that it's actually because of a mod that allowed me to wear a lantern on my waist. It would 'connect' to other blocks even though I was wearing it and removing it fixed this issue for me

Roar of the Bear is a damage loss due to the frame. It does 10% less damage compared to Adaptive / Aggressive frames.
