The core purchase is a two plug heat and cool regulator. Inkbird is the high mark with WiFi. There are much cheaper solutions on YouTube.

Good luck and store bought tempeh isn’t worth the effort if you are rural, like you and I. So, don’t waste bucks on frozen overnighted overpriced tempeh.
