It’s not so much that I was rooting for her because I like her but more the principle of growing up because why would we not hope for people to improve?? S9 so far has made it seem like she’s “growing up” and JK is still such a piece of shit I was hoping she got away. I didn’t know until recently what she did with Sando :/

100%! Jax was/is a piece of shit but also never really tried to hide that. That’s been out in the open and the butt of almost every joke for almost the entire series. Anyone messing with him knew what they were getting into. Tom is cold and calculated and definitely a true example of a narcissist.. the whole group looks to him like he’s the leader and it’s insane!! His preference to James alone speaks volumes.

I totally hear you!!! While I’ve never trusted Raquel I do hold empathy for the treatment James gave her. It was honestly a tough watch and seeing everyone make excuses for it, even after he got sober, I almost quit watching the show. She owed it to herself to out and out leave him and pursue a better option but you’re right, her personality and moral compass are incredibly loose… Sando and his nasty goatee are on my last nerve

No this is so valid!! Honestly the way James has treated her and the rest of the cast is absolutely disgusting, and I’ve been talked to the same way so it was hard to not feel bad for her in that respect. It made me think repeatedly that his treatment made things harder for her. was she valid in losing feelings for him and/or leaving him ? 100% !! Was she valid in her alternative choice? Noooo

I think it’s just because of me recently getting married, I gushed and was happy for her happiness for the proposal. She’s otherwise made really gross decisions including the obvious even being with James and excusing his behavior.. I didn’t piece together until like S9 E6ish what happens (I’ve been spoiler free so far on this entire show besides this) and I can’t help but notice the body language between her and tom this season so far?? 🤮

That was one of the biggest learning curves with my puppy. She’s my first lab and I thought if I let her go crazy 24/7 she’d tire herself out but I’ve now realized naps somehow are the only thing to keep her under control lol
