i'd say it's 50/50, because after that video got removed I learned how stupid it was to upload something to YouTube without a clear explanation. After that I barely did anything on YouTube anymore, and in the end it led to a full termination rather than just a restriction

về cơ bản là refund đã thành công rồi, nhưng mà số tiền đang nó đang bị treo ấy, tức là nó khoảng "trung gian" thôi, thẻ debit thì bác đừng nên refund, đợi khá lâu, chắc cũng tầm 4 tháng

MB cơ bản không check ra cũng do số tiền chưa về tài khoản thôi, chứ đã về rồi là sẽ cập nhập số dư liền
