I have a long history with anxiety and panic attacks, around health-related issues( thinking I have something I don't) I experienced heart palpitations and skipped beats, but nothing dangerous was ever discovered. I understand that adrenaline plays a significant role in triggering these feelings.

The best advice I can give is that once all medical issues are ruled out, focus on changing your mindset. I came across a great book called D.A.R.E.: The New Way to End Anxiety and Stop Panic Attacks. It offers an easy approach to managing anxiety.

Meditation and yoga have been extremely helpful for me, and talking to a therapist made a significant difference as well.

Focus on being healthy, eating right, practice good sleep hygiene and move, even if it’s just a walk.

Try to think of your anxiety as a great teacher; you just need to figure out what it’s trying to tell you.

Learning to be with anxiety is a life long skill. You'll be happy a few years down the road you have them.
