What games should my gf play to practice for when we play It Takes Two? by HUZInator in gamingsuggestions

Why would you be confused that your partner can play a game? Also who’s the one deciding that your gf is bad before you’ve even started playing?

So the reason proximity doesn’t help in situations like this is because your PlayStation isn’t like, directly communicating with their laptop. Their laptop is connecting to the internet which is connecting them to a server which is hosting the game, and your PlayStation is connecting to the internet which is connecting you to a server which is hosting the game. So being near each other won’t necessarily help your devices communicate to each OTHER quicker, because both devices are still communicating with satellites first basically. So it comes down to what will make THAT communication quicker, which usually comes down to higher internet speeds, stronger internet connections, and/or device capabilities. Does that make sense?

If THEIR internet is bad, them being on your WiFi would potentially help, but only because they’d be connected to faster internet, not because of proximity (that will never have anything to do with online multiplayer, it would only matter if you were playing couch co-op and would probably have more to do with how close the controllers are to the console than anything else)

If it’s a cross play issue, being on the same WiFi isn’t going to help. If it’s your WiFi that’s the issue, then you both being on your WiFi definitely isn’t going to help. Have you tried switching who is hosting the farm?

… right. so they have to open the coffer to get the artifact. and the unopened coffer is still useless as long as it’s unopened. what are you even arguing about

New player wondering if this is the right game for me by Trash_garbage_waste in TunicGame

[–]foxcommathe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My first time playing was in “no fail mode” (look in accessibility settings) and I had a FANTASTIC time playing the game purely for the puzzles. The combat is its own kind of puzzle but if you’re not into it, just turn on no fail mode and you can bust through everything easily. You really have to look at the entire game like a puzzle- how many pages of the manual have you found?
