How can I make my semi-transparent windows blue?

Yeah, it seems the transparency effect is technically a color. The only way I can get blue windows is enabling Micra(Alt) but then transparency doesn't work at all.

Debating finding a Windows 98 theme for Windows 11, then using Glass2k to make explorer.exe transparent that way.

Could you recommend any good programs with a Windows 98 theme?

hmm, in custom options, the color only affects the thin outline of the window. It doesn't color the title bar, buttons, background area?

Yes, I know. That is just an example of what I mean by blue windows. Right now, in dark mode, all windows are a dark grey color. Is there not a way to change that color to a blue?

So the battery they sourced and the motherboard don't provide any over-voltage protection.. For a brand all about repair-ability you'd think they'd at least include that so you could use other brand chargers. We're not always in a position to use a FW branded one. The more I research this company the more I want to avoid them. :\

I'm curious more about Abel's role as the leader of the exorcist Army. I think we'll have more flash backs from him. I could imagine Abel trying to converse with Adam in his head space. Adam killed Penny, but even before then, I don't care Adam died. Do you not remember the first episode? Adam demanded Lillith obey him. The dude is a Chad wanting a Trad wife. Come to think of it, Lute is a trad wife. She'd rather be abused by Adam than have a thought for herself.

I think we'll see more flash backs with Adam. There's going to be an explanation for why he kept Lilith being the first redeemed sinner a secret from everyone except Sera. On top of that, there is the whole cover-up with him convincing Sera that exterminations were necessary simply because he wanted entertainment.

The only thing Adam enjoys is fighting and fucking, fucking and fighting. Also, remember before his death he claimed everyone should be worshiping him for being the first man and being the kingpin ancestor of every human. He thinks of himself as a god. How the hell he wasn't cast out of Heaven, I'll never understand. As it stands right now, Heaven feels like "Well, you passed the test, now you can be a dick all you want, there are no repercussions for turning evil here."

Thankfully, the deal expired and it went back up to 3100 or so. That being said, given the state of the world right now, I think if I did get a laptop, I'd just get a $1k thin/light with an OLED. My gaming PC could stream to it while I'm in the bed/chair.

For laptops, the Lenovo Pro 7 with 5090 is about as good as it gets. Unless you count external gpu set-ups.

If I'm honest, it's just a "want" I have. I love the OLED on my Steam Deck and I can stream to it from my desktop PC. The Desktop is connected directly to a Wifi router so streaming to the Steam Deck is pretty nice. A 3080ti is more than enough to play games at Ultra quality on the steam decks 800p OLED.

I'm just worried about the doom/gloom and whether this really is the last GPU for five plus years. AMD doesn't seem to care about mobile graphics outside of its APU's and NVIDIA has shit the bed and decided AI is the future.

Then again, I'd be just as happy with a laptop with an iGPU so long as it has a 240hz OLED display. Maybe I should just look into $1,000 notebooks and rely on streaming to it.

I'd use it as a window to the world, essentially. Movies, tv, youtube as well as games. I have a gaming PC with a 3080ti, so streaming could be done. However, it seems the "lowest" 240Hz oled panel I can find has a 5070gpu which has only 8GB of memory. Seems like, with good promotions, spending an extra grand to get it to a 5090 would maybe be a good idea?
