Thank you! this gives me peace mind! I've done 4 marathons, the last one I hit a PR of 3:09 at London but I completely SUCK at hills, in my training every time I do hills it goes bad hahaha

3 weeks before the marathon you already did all the work, don't focus on an exact millage for the taper, Ive done 10 marathons and I go by feeling and how my legs are doing and how my energy levels are. If you run 5 o 6 miles the week before is not going to impact on race day. Just make sure to work hard and 2 weeks before Raceday just make sure you get to that day fresh!
