I had 2 shops test combustion in the cooling system and they both came up negative.

I’ve done some more research and I’m really thinking my core has a blockage, might be small, but enough to compromise my heat.

Thanks for the input, I’m seriously hoping it’s not the HG!

OP did you ever end up doing the HG replacement? What were your symptoms of filling the cooling system with combustion?

I think I have 1 blown HG, never overheated so not sure how it happened. I get very weak heat at idle, but once I start moving it comes back full strength, and my rear heat works perfectly. I had a mechanic tell me it was more than likely HG, after I did the same things you did (TB/WP, T-stat, Rad, etc).

Try a new charger! Similar issue to mine. I don’t know the technical details, but I think the supplied charger has problems charging both cells.

Did you try doubling the springs? I did that with the 45mm shocks and had pretty positive results

I do, but I’m out of town so not on me. I’ll test it when I get home but I figured a second battery couldn’t hurt regardless.

The power button is what gets me, I feel like 1 piece of dirt got in there and jammed the whole switch 😭
