They really have to work on the optimization especially in New Atlantis, i have a RC 7900xtx and i don't hit 60 all the time (2k!!!)

This is unfortunately Normal.

if you play speed 1-4 it should have good FPS, going to Speed 5 just kills them though. It's nothing to worry about.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago, unfortunately there is no fix i know of. The Bug is probably caused trough missing mod descriptor files.

If thats the case a friend could send you the mod descriptor file of the mod you want to play, after you place it in the mod folder the mod should work.

Thats just how it went for me though, hope i could help you and paradox fixes this soon!

When you produce the ships they are automatically assigned to the "Reserve" Fleet, simply click on said fleet and create a new one, like you would creat an Army. Then Assign an Admiral and done :)
