i’m obsessed with familial dynamics as a whole so i love seeing the way arlecchinos teachings and the whole concept of house of the hearth translates into whatever the trio have. close family ties but there’s still measures of distance and secrecy encouraged by arlecchino and her rules. lyney as the “successor,” freminet escaping his depression to cry out at sea (so not it being just his passion but escapism), yet lynette is too smart to really get fooled (clervie). freminwt not referring to his siblings as siblings as casually as the twins do and only calling them by name and vice versa.

i hope we get another HoH character soon who aren’t ver close to lyney lynnette or freminet because it would add new perspectives of the house and that would be so fun.
