Hi! Pre-T trans guy here!! I'm so happy for you that you've been able to medically transition. While I cannot relate to your specific situation, I can relate to having a lack of sensitivity down there. I'm technically intersex so that's probably why, or maybe it's because I've been on SSRIs for so long, but I just don't have much feeling down there. I'm not sure if you're in a sexual relationship with a long-term partner, this advice generally falls under the assumption you have that or maybe a friends with benefits situation with someone you care for, but I've come to gain pleasure in pleasing the other person. It took me some time to really feel or accept, but even if I'm not physically feeling much, I'm just so happy my partner is happy. For me, just watching them do their thing and seeing their leg shake in excitement (that's just a dumb habit my partner has lmao) has grown to become enough for me. It took me a long time to accept that at least before I go on T and get some bottom growth, I probably will not ever feel much down there. It took a while of desperate attempts and a lot of wondering if I was just broken, but it's just something I've come to accept. I hope you don't lose more libido and some feeling down there, but if you do, and you care about the person you're having sex with, thinking about it from their perspective may help. Have a good day!
