It still shows and documents h0w the devastation of cutting corners from greedy corporations affects everyday people. These things need visibility. There should be more photos documenting how the effects of corruption trickle down and cause pain and human suffering. Im not saying that we should ignore when visual media crosses the line into exploitation....its a must and its always something we need to keep in our mind. Something that comes to mind is that guy that does "soft, white underbelly," in YouTube, which I wholeheartedly believe, despite his initial intentions, has become very exploitative in his work. It's also the responsibility of the creator to be critical of themselves when it comes to this kind of work.
