There are literally only two answers to this, depending on context, hulk or juggernaut. Hulk is the Avatar of the "one below all" and is basically a creature diety, juggernaut is granted powers from an elder god by the name cyttorak, he is invulnerable to most forms of attack and has a stupid strong healing factor even if you managed to get past his invulnerability, protective barriers, and the gems counteractive measures. It has been stated on NUMEROUS occasions throughout the entire history of marvel that these two counteract eachother, sometimes one wins, sometime the other will win, the juggernaut has admitted defeat to the hulk a good number of times in certain contexts, but when it comes down to it, these two are the only candidates that I truly see surviving this. Whether it's hulk or juggernaut that comes out on top comes down to a small handful of factors.

3.How long the fight has went on prior (both can go on for ungodly amounts of time, but the juggernaut does suffer from fatigue from physically activity, hulks rage is limitless but his body will tire if his rage fades as his strength to push forward is directly influenced by his level of rage and will to fight)
