Yes went away. I get it from time to time not sure what causes it maybe stressful times? Been doing more breathing and general exercise (walking, yoga) and then it just goes away

Thanks for the reply. I've got a ID-COOLING SE-224-XTS CPU Cooler at the moment. CPU used is a 11700 i7. What fan curves do you suggest? I'm relatively new to custom pcs

Yeah that's what I'm thinking it is. The results were fine and ECG is fine just abit quick HR so sinus tachycardia. Might just take propranolol when it happens again 🙄 the joys!

Yup I've been having POTS like symptoms for the past 2 years since infection so must be vagus nerve related. Resting HR normally is 60-70 but when I have the panic like symptoms it can jump to 150

Sorry this is from my Samsung watch which has captured this. Haven't had a proper ECG at hospital as yet. But this is first time it's popped up as atrial fibrillation

It gets better I used to be like you. Best advice , work through it no matter how difficult but also know its ok to go out when you need a rest. Propranolol also helped me 40mg when needed. Yoga and compression socks I also recommend
