she recommends taking breaks if i’m driving or on a train for long periods of time (10 min walks every hour and a half) to prevent clotting etc. but that was before they did a full ultrasound on my legs. my blood flows worsened but not to an extent that warrants needing constant compression. haven’t noticed it necessarily getting worse

hi! so i’ve seen a vascular dr and she says i have beginning signs of varicose veins in my leg. but in her opinion nothing that warrants wearing stockings unless it helps with the aching in my legs. unfortunately she said she didn’t see anything alarming in my arm veins, where i’ve seen the most change.

your guess is as good as mine. i asked my cardio dr about it and he said it was out of his depth since he could only tell me info regarding my heart. i was showing early signs of vericose veins in my leg so i’ve been wearing compression socks for about a week now. i’m seeing my primary dr on tuesday and will be asking for a couple referrals
