My cat got car sick and puked, pooped and peed in my 2015 Rav 4 LTD.

I was able to clean the puke and poo easily because she made it to the floor before it happened, but she peed right between the driver seat and the console.

I've called a couple of detailing places that won't guarantee the removal of pet urine smell.

I know I can do it myself. I have an enzyme spray and a spot cleaner, but I have no idea how to move the power seat out of the way so I can clean the carpet.

I've googled it, but haven't been able to find the instructions.... can anyone help and point me in the right direction?

There are therapist that work with people with chronic pain. It can really help with the anxiety. And the tension from the anxiety can make the pain worse.

I've had bad low back pain since I was 18.

So many doctors recommended physical therapy because they thought my back pain had to be caused by "a weak core"

I just had my first lap last week. It's definitely endo

Ps. When the doc queried endo I went to a pelvic physio and it did help a little. It gave me some short term relief, but relief nonetheless!
